Reservation Fee
Each hunter in your group can secure his or her place with a $2,500 reservation fee per person for trophy hunts and $1,500 for management buck hunts. This fee includes accommodations and all meals for a weekend hunt. Non-hunters – such as children and spouses – are welcome at the ranch as well. Their room and board can be secured with a fee of $100 per night.

Inclusions In addition to room and board, your reservation fee includes: Exclusions
Your reservation fee does not include customary gratuities for your cook and hunt guides. Standard gratuity is usually $100 per hunting group.

As kill fees cannot be assessed prior to your hunt, they are not included in the price of your reservation fee. Kill fees are based on the size and type of animal(s) you harvest and must be paid in full before your departure from Rancho El Zancudo. At your request, we can arrange to have your animals professionally mounted by a local taxidermist and shipped to you in the U.S. However, you will be responsible for the associated taxidermy, shipping, and handling costs as they are not included in the price of your reservation fee.

Kill Fees
For management and trophy bucks with gross Boone & Crockett scores of 160 points or less, we charge a kill fee of $100 per B&C point above 100 inches. For deer over 160 points, we charge $150 per point for the incremental score above 160.

For Example:
A buck with a gross score of 145 B&C points would have a kill fee of $4,500.
145 points -100 inches = 45 x $100 = $4500.

A buck with a gross score of 165 B&C points would have a kill fee of $6,750.
165 points – 160 points = 5 points x $150 = $750
160 points – 100 inches = 60 x $100 = $6,000
$750 + $6,000 = $6,750
The kill fee for hogs, javelina, coyotes, and bobcats is $150 each.

Management and trophy deer hunters will be allowed to harvest 1 doe, up to two feral hogs, and 1 javelin as a part of their hunting experience. Coyotes and bobcats are unlimited.
